The eat in kitchen features corian counter tops, electric smooth cook top stove/oven, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, portable dishwasher, wine refrigerator, kitchen aid mixer, blender, and bread machine. *The 12'X 20' PRIVATE ON-SITE HEATED INDOOR POOL ranges in depth from 3' to 5'. For the safety of small children, there is a door alarm on the door leading to the pool room and an installed "Pool Guard" pool alarm. This home attempts to keep the pool heated year round, though when outside temperatures drop below 45 degrees the pool heater will not operate.
